INFORMATION FOR REGISTERED USERS

In order to access the content for registered users, it is necessary to contact the Institute for the purpose of preparing the content and assigning access parameters for the registered users. Contact email: zavod@pgz.hr

Local self-government units filed as Registered users can use additional content via the web application “Urban identification” and an advanced model of use is enabled via the Web GIS service.

The advantage of this method of data distribution is that all users always have the latest version of the data at their disposal and that they are not limited by the applicative platform.

Urban identification is a web application that on the basis of selected spatial coverage (marking on a map, with a choice from the dropdown list cadastral of units, from the GML) produces results with a list of all of the spatial plans in that region, with associated georeferenced cartographic depictions, textual provisions and other spatial data and has the possibility of making a report document. Users of this application see data from the whole of the County. The application is supported by leading web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera).

The Web GIS services enable the download of new content and the addition to the standard GIS desktop tools of the registered user or the embedding of existing Web GIS services of the Institute into the individual Web GIS solutions of the registered user. Through these services, it is possible to download content only for the region of the unit of local self-government of the user and not of the whole of the County.

  • the register of spatial plans about the information of the name, type and current status of the Plan about links to decisions about the production/adoption/repeal of spatial plans from official gazettes
  • vector data of the scope of spatial plans
  • georeferenced raster maps of spatial plans
  • zones of the sanitary protection of sources of drinking water in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County OG 5/92; OG PGC 17/07, 35/12, 31/13, 08/14, 39/14, 32/15 and 30/16; OG Istria County 12/05 and 2/11
  • boundaries of construction areas – taken from the GIS database of the spatial development plans of towns/municipalities (SDPCM) which was originally made from CAD drawings – map 4 from SDPCM and is not an official document

  • topographic maps and digital orthophotos TK25 – topographic map at a scale of 1:25000 HOK5 – Croatian basic map at a scale of 1:5000 DOF5 – digital orthophoto at a scale of 1:000 about 1968, about 2011 (made for the legalisation of buildings) about 2014 – 2016 (132 lists are missing for the northern part of the County) about 2018 about 2020
