In line with legal obligation, the Institute prepares OPINIONS about the compliance of a final proposal of a spatial development plan of a city or municipality with the Spatial Plan of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County and participates in the procedures of public discussions.

The situation in the area is documented with four-year reports. On the web pages we publish a complete report about the situation in the area of the County and an index of the Reports about the situation in the area of the cities and municipalities published in the official journals of PGC or LGU (local self-government units).
A list of all the current plans and plans that are being drafted in the region of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, is updated and published on a daily basis via the REGISTER of Spatial Plans which also contains the graphic sections of the plan in PDF format.
