The aim of the established system is to enable the interested public in a simple and transparent way to obtain information about the beginning of a new plan or the change to an existing spatial plan as well as information about public discussions, based on which they can be more actively involved in spatial design.
The PratiPlan browser graphically displays the scope of the plans and dynamically changes them depending on the current status of the public discussion, which could be:
- the public discussion has not been announced / is in progress / has finished,
- the public discussion has been announced,
- the public discussion is in progress,
- the public discussion has finished.
A click on the scope of the plan provides links to decisions published in official publications and more detailed information about the public discussion (links to the Notice or the Report about the public discussion, start and end dates of the public discussion and the date that the plan was presented).
The PratiPlan browser offers the possibility to subscribe to receive information via e-mail about selected cities or municipalities in the area of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The user provides their e-mail address via which they receive the first e-mail with the status of all plans in the area of the selected municipalities or cities. The subsequent e-mails come when some information about a plan is changed. In each e-mail there is the possibility to unsubscribe from individual or multiple plans.
The application has been developed in collaboration with the company GDi. The data is regularly maintained by the Institute for Physical Planning of PGC.
