In line with the Act on the Right of Access to Information (OG no. 25/13 and 85/15), the right to information can be obtained by the submission of an oral or written request.
An oral request can be made at the office of the Officer of Information (Splitska 2, 2nd floor, room 209) every day from 8.30am – 3.30pm.
If a request is submitted in writing it is necessary to fill in a request for information form which can be sent:

When submitting a request it is not necessary to pay an administrative or court fee.
The Public Institution has the right to charge for the actual material costs which are incurred by the providing of information to the user of the right to the access of information and the reuse of the information, as well as a fee for the costs of the delivery of the sought after information. The amount of the charge for the access of information and reuse of information is defined in line with the criteria from Article 19 paragraph 1 of the Act on the Right of Access to Information.
The criteria for determining the amount of the charge of actual material costs and costs of the delivery of the information are published in Official Gazette no. 12/14 and 15/14.
