The public institution "Institute" in cooperation with the partner firm "Internet arhiva d.o.o." adopted in its daily business activities the system for the electronic signing of documents based on FINA technology.
The system is consistent with the
Electronic Signature Act (OJ 10/02) and will serve for legal archiving of digital documents of which the PI "Institution" takes care.
Furthermore, the electronic signing of documents will be also used for the certification of digital documents that will be distributed to the public via the official Web site, as well as in the electronic communication with clients.
In this way all the users, receiving any kind of document from the PI "Institution", will be certain that they are in possession of an original and unaltered digital document.
