Proposal of a method of the classification of marine harbours and surface areas to be used as anchorage and berthing in spatial plans, 6th April 2005. With the aim of using a unique model in the process of drafting spatial plans and drafting of opinions about their compliance with the plan of the wider region, the County Institute for Sustainable Development and Physical Planning has made this proposal of a method of the classification of marine harbours and surface areas to be used as anchorage and berthing in spatial plans. In its drafting an effort was made so that it complies with all the legal standards which regulate this issue, but also so that the present practices and usual methods of the management of marine surfaces are not ignored, but that they are gradually replaced by solutions which planning logic imposes.
