The programme was divided into two parts: festive and working. The first part was marked by speeches given by Mr Zlatko Komadina, County President, and Ms Nike Sudarević, State Secretary with the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction, followed by Prof. Mladen Črnjar, PhD, Director of the Institute, and Mr Ingo Kamenar, President of the Managing Council of the Institute, who presented the historical overview of the work and development of the Institute. The Collection of Papers was presented by its reviewer Prof. Ivanka Avelini Holjevac, PhD, and Ms Ksenija Čulina, BEc, director of Glosa Publishing.
