The Register of Spatial Plans contains a list of all the current plans and plans in draft in the region of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The list is updated on a daily basis and is supplemented with cartographic parts and an explanation in .pdf format. The spatial plans published in the Register of Spatial Plans and on the Geoportal of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County are identical to the original of the plan certified by the competent development authority for a spatial plan and are additionally protected by an electronic signature.

The titles of the cartographic representations are simplified as maps 1-4, and their full titles are visible on the components of each map. Map 1 is always INTENDED PURPOSE OF SPACE/ PURPOSE OF SPACES, Map 2 INFRASTRUCTURE, Map 3 are CONDITIONS OF USE, PLANNING AND PROTECTION, and Map 4 are CONSTRUCTION AREAS or CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS.
All the Decisions in connection with spatial plans which are not published in the Official Gazette of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, but are published in the official journals of individual municipalities and towns (except the City of Rijeka) are downloaded and saved on the server of the Institute for publication on the pages of the Register of Spatial Plans.
For the correct opening of .pdf files and viewing of the maps, we recommend the use of the Internet browser Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7 or above and Adobe Reader version 9 or above. If another browser is used, it is necessary to adjust the opening of the .pdf files with Acrobat Reader.
Searching the Register is possible by combining the offered values from the fields: RH/PGŽ/Grad/Općina (apart from PPPPO), Type of plan and Status of the plan.
